Our lighting fixtures are shipped from our partner suppliers' warehouses located outside the European Union, and we prefer to be upfront about this. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Returns: 30 days after receipt if you change your mind, more than double the legal timeframe. The lighting fixture must be complete, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item: we will provide the return address and instructions. Full refund upon receipt and inspection. If it arrives damaged or defective, the return shipping costs are entirely covered by us.

The necessary screws are included in each shipment. Fix the mounting plate to a standard ceiling box, turn off the power at the breaker panel, and have an electrician perform the wiring.

The 15 cm is suitable for a bedroom or hallway, the 20 cm for a medium-sized living room, and the 30 cm covers a larger room. Compare the floor area to the size of the ceiling light to avoid insufficient lighting.
