30 days to change your mind
We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is more than the law requires, because a light fixture can only be properly judged once it is mounted on the wall and turned on at night, not from a photo.
How to proceed
Write to us at contact@luniescence.store or call 06 02 01 54 73, providing your order number and the items concerned. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Do not send any parcel before receiving our reply. Our light fixtures are shipped from several warehouses: the return address depends on the item, and a parcel returned without prior agreement cannot be processed. Never use our head office address.
Product condition
The product must be returned complete, uninstalled, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and screws, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. A light fixture that has already been connected to the mains, scratched, or whose packaging has been destroyed may have its refund reduced in proportion to the depreciation.
Return costs
Return costs are at your expense in the event of a simple change of mind. They are entirely at our expense when the product is defective, damaged on delivery, or does not match your order.
Damaged, defective or non-compliant product
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is broken, defective, or not the correct one, send us photos of the product and its packaging. We will provide you with the return address; the return is entirely at our expense. Upon receipt, we will proceed with a replacement or a full refund.
Refund
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may then take a few additional days to display it in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, write to us.
Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the item received and place a new order for the desired model, without waiting for the return to be processed.
Legal 14-day right of withdrawal
Regardless of our 30-day commercial policy, and in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt to cancel your order, without having to justify your decision or pay a penalty. If your order was delivered in several parcels, this period starts from the receipt of the last item.
Legal guarantees
Regardless of all the above, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code), which applies for 2 years from the delivery of the goods, and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
