1. How to choose the ideal wall light for my living room?
Start with the only question that matters: what is this corner of the living room for? For reading, you need a focused beam. For entertaining, you need indirect light that bounces off the wall and softens the entire room. A temperature around 2700K, warm white, mimics the end of the day and highlights the wood, linen, and natural materials of your furniture.
2. Can the light intensity be adjusted?
It depends on the model, and this is indicated on each product page. Some include a dimmer or several light color temperatures (warm, neutral, or cool white). Models with an E27 socket accept the bulb of your choice: a compatible dimmable LED bulb is all you need to switch from bright lighting to a subtle glow.
3. Are your light fixtures suitable for wet areas and outdoor use?
Our outdoor wall lights are waterproof: their protection rating (IP65 or IP66) is specified on each product page. In the bathroom, install the wall light above the mirror, outside the direct spray zones, and hire an electrician for the connection. If you have any doubts about a model, write to us before ordering: we will reply to you personally.
4. At what height should I install my wall lights?
The rule that works almost everywhere: the center of the wall light at about 1.60 m from the floor. In a bedroom, as a reading light, lower it to 1.20 m so that the light falls on the page and not in your eyes.
For electrical compliance and your safety, have the wall light installed by a professional.
5. Where should I place my wall lights for a truly successful look?
A wall light does not fill a wall, it showcases it. In a hallway, align them at regular intervals: the eye travels and the hallway appears longer. In the bedroom, frame the bed and free up the bedside tables.
In the living room, place them on either side of a mirror or a piece of art to create an anchor point. In the dining room, at eye level, to warm the table without dazzling your guests. And in the bathroom, on each side of the mirror: the cross lighting eliminates shadows on the face.
6. What if the light fixture doesn't suit me?
You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind, more than double the statutory 14-day period. The light fixture must be complete, uninstalled, and in its original packaging; return shipping costs remain your responsibility. It is fully refunded upon receipt and inspection.
If it arrives damaged or defective, send us photos: we will provide you with the return address, return shipping will be entirely at our expense, and then we will replace the item or refund you.
