Delivery Areas
We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, and Switzerland. For any other destination, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Times
- Mainland France: 6 to 12 business days.
- Belgium and Switzerland: allow a few extra days.
These timeframes include order preparation. Delivery is free and tracked.
Our lighting fixtures are shipped from our partner suppliers' warehouses. This shipping method takes longer than domestic shipping, and we prefer to be clear about this rather than promise a timeframe we cannot meet.
These timeframes do not apply during peak periods (end-of-year holidays, sales) or during events beyond our control: bad weather, carrier strikes, customs clearance delays.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs applicable to your order are displayed in the order summary before payment. No additional shipping costs are added after confirmation.
Tracking and Multiple Packages
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order has shipped. An order containing multiple items may be shipped in several packages, each with its own tracking number and delivery date. It is therefore normal to receive part of your order before the rest.
Delivery Address
You are responsible for ensuring that the address you enter is accurate. An order returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges. If you notice an error, please inform us immediately: we can correct it as long as the package has not yet been dispatched.
Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
Please check the condition of the package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, make specific notes of your reservations to the carrier and take photos before contacting us.
If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 12 days, or if the maximum delivery time has been exceeded by more than 5 business days, please contact us at contact@luniescence.store or on 06 02 01 54 73. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund if the package is declared lost.
Duties and Taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties are due. For destinations outside the EU, any import duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Switzerland is not part of the European Union. For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and Swiss VAT may be due upon import and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
