- Order: last name, first name, mailing address, email address, order contents and amount.
- Payment: data processed directly by the payment service provider. We do not receive or store your bank details.
- Browsing: pages viewed, device, IP address, via cookies.
- Correspondence: content of messages you send us.
Purposes and Legal Bases
- Process and deliver your order, provide after-sales service — performance of a contract.
- Comply with our accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
- Measure website traffic and improve our pages — legitimate interest or consent depending on the tools.
- Send commercial offers — consent, revocable at any time.
Recipients
Your data is only transmitted to those necessary for processing your order: Shopify (store hosting), the payment service provider, and the carriers responsible for delivery. Some of these service providers may be located outside the European Union; transfers are then governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or rent your data.
Retention Period
Order data: 3 years from the last order, then archived for 10 years for accounting records. Commercial prospecting: 3 years after the last contact. Cookies: maximum 13 months.
