Returns: 30 days after receipt if you change your mind, more than double the legal timeframe. The lighting fixture must be complete, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item: we will provide the return address and instructions. Full refund upon receipt and inspection. If it arrives damaged or defective, the return shipping costs are entirely covered by us.

Common tools are sufficient to fix the backbox to the wall or ceiling box, as the necessary screws are included in the package. Only the final electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
