Returns: 30 days after receipt if you change your mind, more than double the legal timeframe. The lighting fixture must be complete, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item: we will provide the return address and instructions. Full refund upon receipt and inspection. The three models share the same warm white LED and crystal pendants, but differ in the number of heads and their arrangement. Model A features a single head, while C and D have two.
Once secured, the tassels remain stable and require no special daily handling. Regular dusting with a soft cloth is enough to maintain their shine.
